Payment must be made prior to despatch. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Angela Jones. Cheques need to be cleared before despatch this may take approx 1 week. Credit/Debit card payments are processed on the day of despatch.


We reserve the right to increase prices without notice but NOT after an order has been accepted.


At Artisans-uk, we aim for the highest quality, however if you are not entirely delighted by your purchase, please return it in its original condition within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your postage costs, unless you are returning a faulty item or the item has been damaged in transit. In this case, please retain the item and all its packaging and contact us to arrange a return.

Lost Items

We will do everything possible to assist the customer in tracking items lost in transit and if untraceable and accepted lost by the carrier we will replace the goods. This condition does not apply to customers who have requested unsigned for deliveries.

Copyrights and Ownership

The website and its contents are owned by Artisans-uk. Any use of the website including copying or storing images without prior permission for any use is prohibited.

Decorative Items / Not Toys

Where items are described as for ‘decorative purposes’ or ‘this item is not a toy’, then the items are for display purposes only and are only suitable for responsible children over 36 months.


Your contact details are kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers. Artisans-uk does not retain credit card information and we will never pass your details onto a third party.
